[TowerTalk] Tri-Ex Sky Needle part?

I'm posting this for a friend in the Boston area who is searching for a replacement part for his Tri-Ex 70-ft Sky Needle (installed in 1977).  There is a special triple drive pulley that has sheared from the drive shaft that he's trying to replace.   The pulley/drive shaft is a welded unit. The motor turns the shaft which turns the 3 pulley unit which pulls the 2 inside shafts up or down depending on the motor's direction of rotation.

He has located someone who can make a replacement if necessary but prefers to find a replacement part.   Anyone have a spare or one from a Sky Needle not in use that is willing to part with it, or is there some vendor that might carry one?
