[TowerTalk] Crank down towers when away

Mines always cranked down or in the middle unless I know for sure Im going  
to be doing any activity. When I first put it up I was paranoid and did it all  
the time. Now Im careful, but a little more risky. But, I seldom ever leave 
it  all the way up for more than a few days at a time. I live on a hill in the  
middle of nowhere at 1360ft and my place catches all the wind.
