[TowerTalk] FW: [amateur_radio] Antenna restrictions

A very restrictive ( and possibly illegal ) ordinance has recently been
proposed for the city of San Diego
and we are just about to start our battle.

Luckily we have great council and some ARRL help to hopefully stave off
what looks to be a very restrictive proposal
