One way rotation is usually a limit switch problem, which is unfortunately
inside the rotor on those. check that you are putting out both polarities
of voltage to the motor in case there is something wrong with the relays in
the control box. Then see if you can measure resistance through the motor,
most likely you will read it like a diode which shows that one limit switch
is stuck open.
