[TowerTalk] Tower Dogs on Dateline

Can't tell for sure, but it looks like she has a slider attached to the 
safety line, so the shock absorbing lanyard on the step bolt wouldn't be 
a violation. Not sure why she has it there though, and what the heck is 
that other lanyard that appears to be suspended in mid-air :-)
