[TowerTalk] No concrete for a Rohn tower base

I hope you were in a very dry climate.  I have seen towers  buried in no 
concrete in Florida and the bottoms were nicely rotted out,  one so bad the 
owner could get no one to climb it..   I definitely  wouldn't recommend this 
for anyone..all in the name of saving the cost of less  than a yard of 
concrete.  A BIG prime directive violation.
