[TowerTalk] Daiwa Rotor

Does anyone know where I can get a Daiwa rotor repaired? This rotor 
operated perfectly 18 years ago but has been on a crankup tower that has 
been horizontal since 1990 and not turned since then. When powered it 
sounds like the brake doesn't disengage. It appears from the website 
that Norm's Rotor Service only deals with Hy-Gain or CD rotors.
Any help will be most appreciated.
