[TowerTalk] CDE Rotor

I have purchased CDE Ham-? Rotor from a friend...
but I'm not sure which one it is.

It has the old style bakelite control box with the
lever switch.  The only numbering on the rotor itself
is 723 stamped into the case on the bottom of the rotor.
