[TowerTalk] Cable management on crankup towers

I ran the cables at the top of the tower through a piece (~4') of pretty 
heavy
garden hose and attached the hose in several places to the tower top with
a large radius bend. They come down from a standoff which is perhaps
2' away from the tower.  They never get tangled.
