[TowerTalk] vintage Tri-Ex tower/support

Looks like is has positive pull down. Perhaps 1 yard of concrete is all
that is needed. The top section looks rather smallish, might only work with
a Ham IV. I think a CA friend of mine W6ZR has the same tower. I sent him
the pics.
