[TowerTalk] Stainless Steel cable?

I am picking up a Tri Ex WT 51 tower tomorrow and am sure the 3/16 stainless steel cable will need replacing. Does anyone know the best/cheapest place available to acquire such cable?

In the event I may need a replacement winch motor are there any suggestions regarding the best/cheapest place to acquire one?
