[TowerTalk] Anti climbing device

I like this idea.  Easy and fairly inexpensive.

Some tower manufacturers sell anti-climb devices.  Basically the ones I have
seen could be built with some pressure treated plywood and a couple
clamps... all they do is cover the rungs so you can't get started up.
