I doubt that steel price is correct.   After shipping you will still need galvanizing.   Depending on your antenna load you may be able to use an aluminum mast which needs no corrosion treatment and you probably can purchase it locally.

Case in point,
2" x .250 x 10' steel dom mast, $45.00 from MetalsDepot,
Shipping to NH, $150.00 , ouch!!
