[TowerTalk] Rivets - BX Towers - Rotor

Several folks on the list have mentioned rivets failing on BX towers due to
twisting of the top section.  Has anyone looked at placing the missing cross
pieces back on the tower after mounting the rotor?  The holes are already
there.

Sure the rotor is now locked in, but removing the pieces to get at the rotor
would not be that tough.
