[TowerTalk] vertical in pond

The discussion on putting your antenna over a bod of
fresh water leaves me with these general conclusions:

1)   It is difficult to quantify the positive effects of placing your
antenna over fresh water... but

2)  It couldn't hurt.    I do not believe anyone has argued against it.
