Be safe and use a crane if you are not familiar with moving towers.   If 
you have a heavy duty enough dolly, you could mount the tower and roll it on  
plywood. Using a crane would be the safest and easiest. The crane can lift  
the whole tower out without having to tilt it over and can set it on your  
trailer, or whatever you're using to transport.
The main thing is to do it safely.
