In general, if the antenna is unbalanced, the feedline will also be 
unbalanced. The only balanced feedline I've seen in a broadcast 
installation was feeding Rhombics and Sterba curtains at the VOA 
station in Mason, OH (midway between Cincinnati and Dayton).
