[TowerTalk] Thinning liquid tape

MEK among other wierd things are available at the paint department of Home 
Depot.  Surprised me too when I found it accidentally.  I stocked up on 
stuff we used to use at work before it was 'bad" practice to use it without 
chemical suits and breathing masks, hi hi.
