[TowerTalk] Open wire lines

There's some interesting ancient information including 2,4, and 6 wire 
open lines (and MUCH other stuff) freely available here:

"Radio Antenna Engineering" by Edmund Laport.

It can be downloaded from that URL, or they can print a copy in book 
form for around $20 IIRC.
