As far as permits and notifications,

Most situations are dependent on your local codes....

My situation was that I only had to file the FAA form...
once the determination came back positive,
the Town & the building inspector were happy..
no permits, or need to file with the FCC.
but this was here in NH...

But..again, that is dependent on Your locality.
