[TowerTalk] TOWAIR query - proximity to airport, FCC and FAA registration

I didn't measure a distance, I typed in the lat/long of the tower base and
TOWAIR provided the distance to the (presumably nearest) runway from its
knowledge of the airport.

Do you measure from the airport property line or the runway?
