[TowerTalk] Can motorized crank up's be manually

 Tower is TH-471 or THX-471 I'm not sure.  71 foot guyed crank up.

 Actually, it didn't bolt on.  It just slid over the keyed shaft and
sort of jammed on the shaft.  Easy to remove however.

You can do what Steve mentions.  Tri-Ex used to supply a handle that
could 
be bolted onto the large pulley and although slow, you could lower the  
tower and even raise it.
