[TowerTalk] Gin Pole Rope

The previous poster is correct definetly get something that will not
stretch. My personal experience is that 3/4 inch rope makes the pulling a
lot easier. I have used smaller diameter, but it seems the larger diameter
you can use the happier your ground team will be.

Also make sure whatever you end up with that it does not over fill but does
fully fill your pulley. We used a 2 inch diameter pole along with a gin pole
assembly sold by dxengineering. The day the project took place the easiest
part was going up using the gin pole. The pulley they sell was smooth as
glass and without strain whatsoever.
