[TowerTalk] Will-Burt pneumatic mast repair

I've seen some guyed though.  I have an AB -577 but these look easier to 
setup even though guyed as well.

I know of a guy who has one mounted in a single axle trailer with a 
generator.  works great for him.  He salvaged it from a TV van.
