Our 800 MHz commercial site towers used solid state relays.  Low voltage 
control to a solid state relay block. Only had one failure in 10 years and 
that was due to a big  lightning hit.  I retired 2005 but might be able to 
get a schematic.  I didn't burn any bridges ;-) 73,  Ron W8RJL
