[TowerTalk] where to run coax

My engineering department dictates where the coax goes for structural
integrity of the tower. Could be inside, outside,
banded, stacked, it all depends here.

Professionals run their feedlines on the outside of the towers, ie;, cell
sites, etc. 
on cable ladders.
