Note, the delay is a safety measure to prevent the tower from
"running away."  A single phase motor will continue to run in
the current direction it any time power is applied.  Because of
this, it is necessary to make sure the motor is completely
stopped when reversing operation so the capacitor/start winding
can "kick" it in the correct direction.

When setting the delay you want to err on the long side ...
