[TowerTalk] 10M groundplane radials

Wait....if they are being used as guys, then they are elevated radials and they will be TUNED radials.  If they are on/in the ground, they are not tuned.  I've played with this same set up and you adjust the SWR by varying the length of the monopole and/or the radials.
