[TowerTalk] How Plumb does a tower need to be

I just cranked the TX-472 from Horiz to Vert , when i checked it it was maybe 
about 1/4 bubble off in one direction... when i put a level on the base it 
seemed ok.. so , i was wondering jsut how close it needs to be for a crankup 
tower.
