[TowerTalk] Not able to contact ICE

Guys,
 
I have been trying to telephone ICE on and off over the past month but no
one answers the phone. Prior to that I had placed orders and received them
in several weeks. I still have an order outstanding and am wondering if they
are in business.
 
I do see that they share a web site with Array Solutions, but don't think I
can order through Array Solutions.
 
Anyone one have info on ICE.
