I recall seeing some TV LPs oriented in that fashion over the years,
unless my mind is playing tricks on me.  I don't know if such an
arrangement is offered by any manufacturer today as most are in a flat
plane with a UHF corner reflector yagi in front.

Doing that would be an interesting experiment although a bit "hairy"
with a pair of Tennadynes I'd think.
