[TowerTalk] Plugs G-800

I, too, need one of the plugs for my Yaesu G800DXA rotator (the rotor end, not the controller). When you order a plug for it, does it come with any kind of "boot" or other weatherproofing system to keep water out of the contacts? Or do you just have to apply lots of "Coax-Seal" or some other similar material all over it and hope for the best?
