[TowerTalk] cutting galvanized tower legs

That's the concern I would have about using a circular saw and abrasive 
blades to cut tower legs that are under compression.  Cutting legs under 
tension would theoretically be safer, except that as soon as you cut a 
leg it could quickly change from tension to compression.  I've cut LOTS 
of steel with abrasive blades and never had one shatter, but it seems to 
me that the chances of binding or chipping a blade badly enough to have 
it turn into shrapnel might be pretty large while trying to cut a tower 
that had fallen over.
