This sounds like a story out of my playbook. The SAME exact thing  happened
to me. West coast to East coast. I love my East coast screwdriver  and
wouldn't
own one from the west coast company.

That "east coast company" should be named....Tarheel.   Outstanding service 
after the order.  I had a problem with the antenna  three years after it 
was sold...no problem.  Two thumbs up!
