[TowerTalk] 14' Extra Worth It for 80m Dipole?

Which Hygain tower do you have?  I only know of one Hygain 70 ft 
crank-up, and that is the HG-70HD.  But that's only rated for 16 sq ft 
at 60 mph.

Do the calculations that VE7RF suggested.  That will give you the answer.
