    For Digest readers - PLEASE edit your digest  responses so that you 
don't re-post the WHOLE digest. Thank you.
 
    For everyone else - PLEASE edit your responses so  that you don't 
re-post the whole email which might have dozens of lines of  extraneous junk or 
digest. Or re-re-post. Or re-re-re-re-post. Thanks.
