Top rails for fencing are sometimes found in 20' lengths, but it has a seam that can sometimes split if to much side force is applied. There is always a long 4x4 with a pulley at the top . Or a short, treated 4x4 with the pipe bolted to it...... just remember to keep it safe. And as always, YMMV.
