[TowerTalk] MA-40 Tower Tail section question

Hi Gang,
> I have a question concerning the US MA-40 Tower. It seems that my set bolt that holds the top mast (tail?) section in place has failed allowing the beam to turn with the wind. As I cannot find my Tower instructions I need to know how far I can safely raise the top tail section. Is there a safety device so that I cant accidentally overextend it having the yagi and tail section come crashing down on me? Thank-you in advance.
