The TH-11 is great especially if you want 17 and 12 meter coverage.  The 
TH7DXX has slightly more gain on 20, 15, and 10.

MFJ/Hy-Gain has had some expert help on several of the beams and verticals 
so I expect they meet the published specs.  They now publish revised specs 
based on the expert help.  See page 114 of the 2011 MFJ Catalog.  I do 
notice that the TH-11 is rated at 4000W PEP and the TH7 at 1500W.
