[TowerTalk] Painting Rohn 45 Tower

Strangely enough, plain old galvanized grey is pretty invisible against
a treeline. (Or at least it is from the road at my QTH) A fellow ham
here painted his black, and it's somewhat hidden, but the best one I
ever saw was actually camouflaged
