[TowerTalk] Splice 1/2 in Hardline?

I won't address the splice, be it a male and female "N" end, a regular 
splice, etc.

But I would suggest getting a tube of caulk, slitting it, and placing 
the splice
inside the tube of caulk. Cheap but effective watertight seal.
