[TowerTalk] Anchor bolts for LM470

Some of us who upgrade to different towers don't want to start over by 
digging a new hole, and using TriEx's huge base fixture, and pouring more 
concrete when there is a perfectly good concrete base with bolts already 
there.  That is what this discussion is about.  At least orignally.
