[TowerTalk] When is a 100' tower only 97' tall?

Trylon does the same thing.  The sections overlap about 5 inches.  They 
give you a mast that bolts inside to give the true height of the tower.  
The T-600 is made up of 8 - 8 ft sections so the actual height is not 64 
ft but closer to 61 ft.  The AN Wireless towers are the actual height as 
they bolt together differently with plates from one section to the other.
