[TowerTalk] Alpha Spid

I think we determined that when the Spid was installed, the installer 
dropped the rotor shelf a little to accommodate the taller rotor and 
hence, the mast clamp on the 20 meter beam is hitting something (thrust 
bearing maybe) on the top of the tower stopping the rotation.  There is 
a large coax loop for both beams so that is not binding.  Plus, with the 
torque of that rotator operating at 24V I would imagine that it would 
rip the coax right off!  The tower crew is scheduling a return visit 
soon.  At least I have rotation in all directions except Ø to 45 degrees ;)
