[TowerTalk] Rohn 45: self-supporting to 45' (without a housebracket)

2 years ago I removed a Rohn 45' with a Hygain 204BA at the top. No guys,
no house bracket and it had been in service for over 10 years.

The tower was located in Sun City, Arizona. We do have occasional high
winds that can go to 50mph and microburst that get up around 90mph.

Your mileage may vary.
