A block of UV inhibited high density polyethylene (or, for that matter a 
good dense wood), with the right size hole will work quite nicely.

Or, HDPE cutting boards with paint.


Your rotation rate is really, really low, and the duty cycle is even 
lower.  you don't need a fancy bearing.
