[TowerTalk] Force 12 CX31

I just installed one at 77' in March.  Built it per specs and the swr 
curves were right where they were suppose to be with no adjustments.  
Works just great.  I've been working everything with ease with 100 watts.

I went the single feed line route.  I don't plan on doing any multi rig 
contesting.
