[TowerTalk] Force 12 CX31

Why buy a new C31XR for $3000 when you can buy an Optibeam OB16-3 for 
$2400 that is mechanically superior with marginally better performance 
specs?  Even with the cost of shipping from Germany you'd come out ahead 
all the way around.
