[TowerTalk] Help please mast moving MA40

The storm hit me a bit hard.

I have an MA40 tilt over with rotor at base.

My yagi is slowly moving around, but the tower is not.

I am guessing the mast is moving inside the the inner tube.

The bolts may have loosened or broke, I can't see it well and do not have
the help right now to tilt it ( tight fit in my small backyard). With
binoculars, the bolts look OK from the outer view.

Any advice for proper tightening of the bolts and making sure they stay put?

Can it be pinned since the rotor at the bottom is not pinned?

On a guess, could the looseness be caused by something else?
