[TowerTalk] Fwd: 5000 psi vs 3500 psi concrete?

If the drawings ask for 5000 psi you have to use 5000 psi. If it asks for 3500 psi you will get a "better/stronger" base but I don't think there are any benefits to it. Is the price the same?
